This position will contribute to business development activities across the Middle East and Africa region. The new hire's core responsibilities will include growing and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients and will work closely with and report to the Head of Distribution for Middle East & Africa.

The right candidate will have a good understanding of the Middle East & Africa region, the investors, relationships and exhibit strong sales skills. The role requires proactiveness and credibility; have the ability to build long lasting relationships both internally and externally, take initiative and go the extra mile when needed.

It is also important the right candidate has a strong knowledge of equity and fixed income markets. The firm offers a large variety of investment products, so understanding the strategies is key.

• Minimum of 3 years of total relevant work experience
• Ability to quickly identify internal and external client needs/expectations and propose solutions, leveraging outstanding active listening and related skill sets
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend and effectively adapt to new internal/external client information and situations
• Strong team player, ability to work in partnership with Relationship Managers and RMAs
• Sound judgment, problem solving and excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly effective communication (verbal and written), collaboration and influencing skills
• Driven to achieve firm and client priorities...motivation, enthusiasm, perseverance and resilience are hallmark personal traits
