Registrar - Emirati Nationals

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic Registrar to join our administrative team. This role is specifically open to Emirati Nationals Only. The Registrar is responsible for overseeing all student enrollment records management and the administration of academic policies in alignment with the school's mission. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and accurate management of student data, providing support to faculty, staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire process of student registration from application to enrollment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all relevant documentation. Provide information to prospective students and parents regarding the application process, school programs, and policies.
2. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date student records including personal, academic, and health information. Ensure all records comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Input and update student data into the school's database system. Generate accurate and timely reports on enrollment, attendance, and academic progress as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with government regulations and educational standards, working closely with school leadership and relevant authorities to maintain required documentation and procedures.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff regarding student records and administrative procedures. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve any issues related to student registration and records.
6. Ensure records, transcripts, and report cards are accurately processed and distributed.
7. Work closely with the HR team, Admissions office, and the Principal to support school-wide administrative functions.
8. Ensure the confidentiality and security of student data and records, adhering to school policies and data protection laws.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in a registrar or administrative role in an educational institution is preferred. Familiarity with school management systems is an advantage.
3. Emirati Nationality: The position is open exclusively to Emirati Nationals in line with the UAE government’s Emiratization initiative.
