About the Role
We are in search of a highly experienced and motivated Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead the development of our Sales Brokerage division by attracting senior sales professionals within the financial markets. This presents a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing wealth technology company and actively contribute to our strategic initiatives. Reporting Line: Head of Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the recruitment and selection efforts, which encompass candidate outreach, pre-screening calls, interviews, and practical assessments.
- Provide guidance to the Sourcing team and implement necessary adjustments to ensure a robust pool of candidates for the development of a quality shortlist.
- Conduct an analysis of the talent pool within the designated region and collaborate on strategic approaches with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives in the allocated region by tracking and recommending local visibility strategies and market approaches.
- Align candidate profile quality requirements with the hiring manager, offering assistance throughout the subsequent steps of the recruitment process.
- Prepare job offers, engage in negotiations, and finalize appointments with successful candidates.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates to validate their qualifications.
- Strive to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and accurate information for reporting purposes.
- Utilize internal systems effectively, including BambooHR (HRMS-ATS), Jira Ticketing System, Manatal Posting, and LinkedIn Navigator to streamline operations.
- Demonstrate an overall structured approach that reflects a commitment to excellence in talent acquisition and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in attracting top talent for senior and niche roles.
- Strong familiarity with the fintech/ investment ecosystem.
- Good understanding of banking & brokerage operations and relevant processes.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise platforms and underlying technologies.
- State-of-the-art interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, Executive search, Headhunting, Financial markets recruitment.
- Advanced English and a second language are a must.
