As a Regional Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams within the region to focus on job planning, execution, technical support, and reliability engineering while delivering customer needs to the highest Baker Hughes standards.

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to promote an HSE interdependent culture through leadership visits, safety moment discussions and/or observations.
  • Leading multidisciplinary technical teams across different geographies and/or areas.
  • Working on job planning, execution, application engineering, technical support, labs and reliability engineering. Manage the Job Cycle compliance.
  • Supporting root cause analysis through the Field Incident Management Process (DMAIC)
  • Collaborating with local operations teams to support customer technical needs.
  • Driving operational and technical procedure governance within the region.
  • Preparing and supporting new technology releases.
  • Collaborating with Oil Industrial Chemicals peers to support Production Solutions initiatives as a market value differentiator.
  • Driving development of successful case studies to document technology solutions and support sales.
  • Leading regional focus to drive competency management assurance.
  • Driving regional focus to drive Job Center compliance for all countries and/or areas.
  • Supporting strategic critical work for key customers through job planning and risk mitigation (Project Readiness Assessment)
  • Driving service delivery key performance indicators for the region as part of the yearly targets
  • Providing technical direction and guidance to assign resources to support operations and customer needs.
  • Handling long to medium term complex project processes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas industry including Artificial Lift Systems.
  • Have a minimum of 5+ year experience in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) system.
  • Have ESP experience in the roles of Operations, technical support or applications engineering and reliability engineering.
  • More than 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
