ZOOMLION is seeking for a Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing sales leads to drive revenue growth for the company. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing, executing, and assessing the sales strategy. Strong management and coaching abilities are essential to foster the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business objectives by identifying and developing potential clients within the assigned region, while enhancing business growth.
- Lead a marketing team focused on lead generation and conversion, ensuring the team consistently meets monthly targets.
- Oversee the execution of regional and market strategies to achieve sales and profit goals, while closely monitoring business performance within the region.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients, maintain relationships, and proactively assess client needs while promoting the company's portfolio.
- Engage in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure alignment with regional business goals.
- Effectively manage and mentor a team, providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years overall, with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years in team management.
- Industry Preference: Experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane, Tower Crane, and Concrete) is preferred, with familiarity in the MENA region.
- Driving License: Valid driving license required.
