Regional Sales Manager

Our client is transforming the industrial health diagnostics space with their approach. They provide comprehensive solutions around machine diagnostics, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring to the top engineering and process industries globally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development: Drive the acquisition of new clients and expand the company’s footprint in the EMEA region, focusing on solution-based sales.
2. Hunting: Identify and engage with potential customers, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and establish long-term client relationships.
3. Regional Focus: Experience in the African market is a MUST
4. Allocate 30% focus to the GCC region and 70% to Africa, ensuring tailored strategies for each market.
5. Industry Expertise: Leverage strong connections within the industrial and process industries.Present solutions effectively to stakeholders in the manufacturing sector.
6. Solution Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to address client challenges and align company solutions with their needs.
7. Travel Requirements: Be willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time across the EMEA region to meet clients and close deals.
8. Understand the basics of predictive maintenance and how it applies to the manufacturing sector. Prior experience in this domain is a significant advantage.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Exp: 8-11 Years in sales.

Proven track record in solution sales within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Established a network within the industrial and process industries in EMEA.

Strong business acumen and ability to identify & capitalize on opportunities in diverse markets.

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region are advantageous.
