Job Overview:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take charge of driving business growth, establishing strong partnerships, and launching state-of-the-art products into the Middle East market. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director (USA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s presence and success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the Middle East.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
- Successfully introduce and launch innovative hardware, software, and SaaS products into the region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Data Centres, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
- Collaborate with global teams to tailor solutions to regional market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform strategy.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience managing and developing channel partners in the Middle East.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products in the region, particularly in the SaaS and technology sectors.
- A solid understanding of both hardware and software product portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders.
