Regional Recruitment Specialist (Arabic speaking)

This leading Professional Services firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will facilitate the entire, end-to-end recruitment process. You will be creating a brand presence online through LinkedIn and other networking sites, and ensure the best talent in the area is attracted, engaged, and spoken to. In addition to this, the operational side of recruitment will need to be focused on and processes improved to deliver a world-class recruitment function.

As the successful candidate, you will come from a strong recruitment background; either at an in-house level or from a recruitment agency. You will also be degree-educated; have strong communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels. Candidates must speak Arabic fluently.
