Regional Recruitment Manager

On behalf of our client, a multinational oil and gas company based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Regional Recruitment Manager.

Reporting to the head of the division, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment and selection support service, working with line managers to ensure the professional, rigorous, robust, and timely engagement of employees.

Minimum Requirements:

1. The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE.
2. Minimum of 5 years consistent in-house recruitment experience, preferably working on an oil and gas desk.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
