The primary focus of this role is on hard services, but support may be required for soft services to assist the dedicated soft services lead for this region.
  2. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to site-based facilities leads.
  3. Act as escalation point for safety, quality of service, and downtime incidents.
  4. Collaborate with Procurement to govern major vendors to ensure continued high performance, including measurement of KPI and SLA.
  5. Collaborate with other functions, especially Procurement and Finance, to optimize the vendor landscape and scope of services.
  6. Dive Deep into service and asset performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Support the rollout of central initiatives to improve services, e.g. process changes, technology deployments, sustainability initiatives.
  8. Develop and lead pilots to improve services ahead of regional rollout by self and others.
  9. Support RME teams on launch sites to ensure facility services are secured on time and in full.
  10. Manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously, while influencing and developing relationships at a range of organization levels.

Desired Candidate Profile:
