Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose
Responsible for assisting in the day to day coordination of all MENA & Caspian (Regional) logistics needs. Ensuring cost effectiveness, timely management of all Logistics requirements, using approved vendors and processes.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Specify, select and procure logistics services in accordance with company procedure.
2. Liaise with suppliers and create/maintain effective working relationships.
3. Liaise with internal customers and service lines.
4. Focal point for all MENA (Regional) Shipping requirements.
5. Knowledge & understanding of regional import/export regimes.
