Regional HR Manager - Africa

Our client, a dynamic multinational company with a track record of rapid growth in emerging markets across the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a Regional HR Manager for Africa Growth Markets. This position is based in Dubai.

Role Overview:

• The Regional HR Manager will lead the implementation of a strategic HR function within assigned African markets, ensuring Country Programs have the talent to deliver high-quality services aligned with the company's mission. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating closely with Country HR Managers to deliver HR services that align with Global HR Standards while meeting local needs.
• Driving the roll-out and adoption of global HR initiatives and supporting the professional growth of regional HR teams.
• Acting as a strategic advisor, guiding leaders on staffing, performance management, business process optimization, and risk containment.

This role involves extensive travel across various African cities and is specifically open to candidates of Kenyan origin.

Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of HR experience
• Proven track record in strategic HR roles within multicultural and multinational environments.
