Our client, a dynamic multinational company with a track record of rapid growth in emerging markets across the Middle East and Africa, is seeking a Regional HR Manager for Africa Growth Markets. This position is based in Dubai.
Role Overview:
The Regional HR Manager will lead the implementation of a strategic HR function within assigned African markets, ensuring Country Programs have the talent to deliver high-quality services aligned with the company's mission. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating closely with Country HR Managers to deliver HR services that align with Global HR Standards while meeting local needs.
Driving the roll-out and adoption of global HR initiatives and supporting the professional growth of regional HR teams.
Acting as a strategic advisor, guiding leaders on staffing, performance management, business process optimization, and risk containment.
This role requires extensive travel across African cities.
Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of HR experience.
Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.
Proven track record in strategic HR roles within multicultural and multinational environments.
