What you will do:

The Regional Growth Director (AK, OR, WA) will be responsible for supporting our ongoing growth, productivity, and cultural aspects of eXp Realty. eXp Realty has experienced, is experiencing, and is well positioned for continued dynamic growth and is looking for a Regional Growth Director to help achieve sustainable growth through the attraction of productive real estate professionals who are also representatives of and contributors to the Company’s strong culture.

The Regional Growth Director will help lead the Company's growth strategies in new and existing regional markets and will work with our brokers to support and help all agents, Teams, and Mega Teams with all aspects of their transition to eXp Realty. This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate sales leader with significant experience and proven successes in the real estate industry.

In this role, the Regional Growth Director will act as an ambassador to all agents and liaison to “agent sponsors”, agents, and the Designated Managing Brokers. This person will have an exceptional track record of recruiting, identifying prospects, leading and inspiring teams, and employing a collaborative approach to development with a tireless work ethic. This position requires maturity and a willingness to put the needs of the Company and its agent shareholders and customers ahead of personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Increase the number of quality agents and the company as a whole.
  2. Work with senior leadership to develop attraction strategies to achieve company strategic growth goals.
  3. Develop and refine procedures and best practices for building culture and agent attraction.
  4. Support all regional agents, Teams, and Mega Teams transitioning to eXp.
  5. Identify, attract, and evaluate agents.
  6. Track incoming teams and brokerages and provide metrics to senior leadership.
  7. Assist agents across all revenue share groups with growth in the assigned region by conducting attraction appointments and leading group attraction sessions (both live and in the cloud).
  8. Work with the USA Attraction Compliance Teams to learn and develop best practices and correct situations that are not in line with Company policy.
  9. Represent the region (AK, OR, WA) while attending all Growth Ops Standups.
  10. Drive attendance at Cloud sessions and events and the Company’s major live annual events.
  11. Increase agent engagement with the company and the cloud environment through support at live regional events.
  12. Build company culture and continuously identify the company’s value proposition.
  13. Work closely with State Brokers within the region to support communication of all onboarding teams.
  14. Support regional agents and their sponsors as they transition to eXp Realty.
  15. Collaborate with the Onboarding team for a seamless transition for agents to eXp Realty.
  16. Act as a Culture Keeper for the Growth Team.
  17. Support the Growth Staff with processes, guidance, and best practices.
  18. Other Accountabilities as Assigned.

How you will grab our attention:

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
  2. High School Diploma / GED required.
  3. Holds an active real estate license (in one of these states - AK, OR, WA) with 5+ years demonstrating strong leadership in the real estate industry.
  4. Success in managing and motivating a geographically remote workforce.
  5. Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of growth and/or culture building.
  6. Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal settings.
  7. Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency.
  8. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment.
  9. Possess the highest degree of integrity.
  10. Willingness and ability to travel.

The total base pay for this position starts at $120,000/year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
