Job Description

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be a part of our Growth Markets Team, driving our continued growth throughout UAE, South Africa and Africa, with a particular focus on the public sector in Abu Dhabi.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and run your territory, leading a team of 4-6 reps to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Inspire, engage and enable your team; coach them on best practice, review and assess performance, and support their professional development.
  • Be active in client activity and deals; lead by example in winning strategic deals.
  • Use MEDDPICC/Force management to facilitate your team’s success and nurture an environment of constant re-qualification of deals.
  • Direct the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, ensuring district/area goals are met.
  • Champion a productive partnership with other departments (e.g. solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, etc.).

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 7-15 years of enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience, preferably in the CX or CCaaS space.
  • Proven leadership of sales teams, achieving collective success against regional sales targets.
  • Genuine care for others, creating a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understanding its impact on large organizations.
  • Successful in building relationships and engaging clients creatively.
