Support in leading all aspects of the day-to-day management of the EMEA Luxury Sales team and deliver revenue growth to Hilton luxury branded properties globally from the region.
Assist the VP, Global Luxury Sales with Hilton’s EMEA luxury customers’ needs across all market segments. Responsibilities include program management support of associated luxury lodging and consortia programs.
Administer and support Hilton’s luxury travel advisor program, Hilton for Luxury within the region.
Develop and implement team performance management, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
Define and execute strategic account plans, processes, and sales metrics aligned with short and long-term revenue objectives.
Partner with sales leadership on key performance initiatives and priorities, with a commitment to leading strategy covering all segments and channels to drive revenue and profit performance of all luxury branded properties globally.
Represent Hilton Luxury Brands and associated hotels at events and tradeshows to create awareness, generate demand, and increase sales from luxury travel industry customers and partners.
