Overview of the role
Take the lead on all aspects of the online product experience for an optimal availability, visibility, and conversion of the IKEA online range. Analyse online shopping behaviour and take actions to cultivate a seamless customer Journey.
What you will do
- Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer.
- Contribute to optimizing the range offer in collaboration with respective Sales Leaders and work pro-actively towards stakeholders to secure correct fulfilment and forecast at product level.
- Prepare for offering the best shopping experience for digital sales and commercial activities by contributing insights and ideas to the briefing process and securing the availability of the online offer, in close coordination with logistics/ fulfilment team.
- Administrate the range changes on all digital channels.
- Responsible for defining forecast for the sales and activities needs within the range scope.
- Optimize the sales and margin of the range and follow up on fulfilment on the goals.
- Simplify the digital buying process based on the online shopping trends, buying behaviors and customer feedback.
- Contribute to the marketing campaigns by giving inputs and recommendation for most engaging content based on the activity plans.
- Contributing to website commerciality in close coordination with the merchandisers, UX/UI team.
- Responsible for securing that the agreed range is visible and buyable on the IKEA online channels according to business rules.
- Collaborate with Marketing and digital team to develop compelling product descriptions and engaging content for the online IKEA and external medias, which also support SEO and SEM.
- Work closely with the merchandisers to optimize product listings and placements, ensuring strong searchability and discoverability on our website and App.
- Analyze website data and product sales data to understand customer preferences and identify areas for improvement in the online product range.
- Contribute to online promotions ad selection of product range specific to each campaign, aligning with overall commercial strategies, in coordination with the sales and range team.
- Work closely with the global team for alignment on business priorities and technical developments.
