Recruitment Specialist (UAEN)

Our client, a prominent company in Dubai is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

The position is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring and onboarding talent, and will manage he end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, managing the full hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent needs with business goals and build strong external talent pipelines.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
• Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to management, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Represent the company at hiring events and career fairs

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in a specialized Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Experience working in a large corporate company
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Taleo, etc.
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various levels.
