Recruitment Specialist (6-month Maternity Cover)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced recruiter to cover a Maternity leave for a 6-month duration.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and recruit across designated business areas, as well as providing support to the other Sub-Regions as required. This will involve developing and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers, agencies and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

1. Place adverts on job boards and field the response, filtering CVs against the selected criteria for the role.
2. Conduct assessment centres for operations and medical staff.
3. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
4. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
5. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
6. Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
5. High-energy and passion.
6. Demonstrated ability to conclude high volume requirement.

Experience

1. A skilled level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, relationship management, and due diligence.
2. Very strong experience direct sourcing for various roles and levels.
3. Proven commercial experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience in managing multiple projects.
5. Strong recruitment experience: in-house experience is essential, agency experience is desirable ideally 5-6 years.
