Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create accurate job descriptions that outline the role, responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, career websites, and social media platforms.
- Attend recruitment events to hire and network with talent.
- Review resumes and cover letters to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Conduct phone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization. Shortlist candidates who meet the essential criteria for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. Assist in interview logistics, ensuring smooth scheduling and clear communication with all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork and other duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with people at all levels with ease and professionalism.
- Sales or Recruitment Experience (Preferred): Previous 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Motivated & Goal-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks and clients with precision and efficiency.
