Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Easy Lease motorcycle Rental. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires for the group of companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
  • Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, industry best practices, and labor laws.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and employee engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and interview methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
