We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our client’s team in Dubai. This role is aiming to recruit individuals to join a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organisation
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a clear recruitment strategy is in place
3. Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders within the UAE market
5. Ensure compliance with all Emiritisation guidelines and government regulations
6. Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
7. Coordinate and schedule interviews, feedback sessions, and other hiring-related activities
8. Track and report on recruitment metrics and ensure timely delivery of talent acquisition goals
