Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate job offers and contracts with successful candidates.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
