To develop the implementation of the company's recruitment strategy (corporate) based on the organization’s approved manpower requirement plans including recruitment programs to ensure that the company is able to attract and recruit people to reach their maximum potential.
Implement the recruitment programs and processes to provide professional support and advice with the right combinations of skills, experience, and cultural fit that will drive organizational impact.
Reviews the monthly vacancies list and discusses Nationals recruitment strategy with the department managers to meet the Emiratization objectives.
Introduces improvements to the hiring process and employment contracts when necessary.
Screens application forms and shortlists applicants for Senior Levels approval to obtain the Recruitment Committee authorization.
Maintains good working relationships with recruitment agents.
Prepares specific recruitment profiles and either provides details to the assigned recruitment agency or places the advertisements with the chosen newspaper(s), or on the corporation’s website.
Ensures files on new employees are maintained and kept up-to-date with relevant documentation.
Attends job fairs to ensure the best selection of talent.
Arranges, along with the Career Development Section, any special tests/assessments such as psychometric testing to be carried out as required.
Works with the Career Development Section in the receipt, interviewing, and screening of applications for the company’s internship programmes.
Discusses the formal offer to be made, maintaining ongoing liaison with the candidate through all mobilization matters, including visas, medical check-ups, carrying out reference checks, etc.
