Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Experience: 1+ years of recruitment sourcing experience.
3. Skills: Proficient in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, NaukriGulf); excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
