About the Role

As we continue to grow, Smarter AI is seeking a proactive Recruitment Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will support hiring managers with solid candidate research, oversee administrative functions, and spearhead the automation of repetitive processes to optimize our operational efficiency. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience and an exceptional academic background in Management Sciences.

Responsibilities

1. Work with hiring managers to define requirements and the screening process.
2. Create role-specific pipelines of world-class candidates through extensive research.
3. Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, and other job boards to source qualified candidates for technical roles.
4. Work with hiring managers to assess, hire, and onboard selected candidates.
5. Support in the onboarding, visa processing, and insurance additions of the new joiners.
6. Maintain employee filing system and HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.

Qualifications

1. 1-3 years of work experience in relevant industries.
2. Exceptional academic track record and high CGPA in recent education.
3. Masters/Bachelors in Management Sciences or related field.
4. Located in Dubai, UAE.
5. Immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
