Job Purpose

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, as well as other support and administrative tasks in the recruitment department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct recruitment activities related to posting vacancies on SABIS Careers and external portals, screening and shortlisting resumes, sending and shortlisting application forms, and scheduling interviews with line managers to support school staffing needs.
  2. Document feedback related to applicants to maintain a reliable record.
  3. Contribute to candidate sourcing by coordinating job fairs and networking with university placement offices.
  4. Conduct interviews for local and expatriate non-native positions as required.
  5. Liaise with hiring managers for interview feedback, transfers, and other necessary information.
  6. Update the recruitment database for CVs collected from external sources to maintain records for current and future vacancies.
  7. Manage all communication and paperwork associated with new recruits, including the issuance of the letter of intent, contract, application form, confidentiality/waiver agreement, and reference check.
  8. Collect and assemble all documents for the personnel file and keep all relevant parties informed as needed.
  9. Update employee files in an accurate and timely manner to ensure efficient recording, storing, and retrieval of personnel data.
  10. Support the implementation and administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure effective use within the organization.
  11. Update the monthly recruitment report for the department to keep all relevant parties informed on recruitment needs and the number of vacancies filled.
  12. Support various SABIS recruitment functions and perform other related tasks as requested by management.

Ideal Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent (HR focus/specialization is a plus).
  2. Proficient in English.
  3. 2 years of experience.
  4. Professional behavior and ethical conduct.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to work within a team.

Must meet all employment requirements, including country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checks.
