Position JPC - 4232 - RECRUITMENT OFFICER / OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE

Location: Abu Dhabi

Duration: One Year (Renewable)

Language: English, Arabic

Experience: min 5 years in oil and gas industry

Job Responsibilities

1. Experience in sourcing candidates for job opportunities through our channels (LinkedIn, etc).
2. Screen candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of position requirements.
3. Ensure sufficient CVs pipeline from multiple sourcing channels (web, referral, placement agency).
4. Monitor and keep track of all backend tracking for all active roles.
5. Schedule interviews and liaise with coordinators within other departments.
6. Document filing for all candidates and active roles.
7. External and internal coordination.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in project management with a focus on HR and recruiting.
2. Ensuring accuracy in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to multitask.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
7. A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
