Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer with a strong focus on IT recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across a group of companies. This role requires expertise in technical recruitment, sourcing strategies, and employer branding to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

  • Lead the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top-tier tech talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Enhance employer branding through creative recruitment strategies and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, tech events, and networking meetups to attract top IT talent.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new IT hires to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within IT teams.

HR Compliance & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate databases, and employment documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices in IT hiring.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a multi-company setup or tech-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS software, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office Suite.
