Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior/executive level roles.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
  3. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  4. Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of searches.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  8. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment.
  2. Proven experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
  4. Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
