Recruitment Officer
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior/executive level roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract top talent.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on the status of searches.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment.
- Proven experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
