Responsibilities:

1. Post job openings and attract top talent
2. Screen resumes and conduct interviews
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
4. Maintain and update recruitment reports
5. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment
6. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

1. Must have prior experience in recruitment
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Flexibility and attention to detail
