Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related fields

Job Function: HR / Industrial Relations / Training

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various job roles across multiple sectors.
  2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  4. Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and shortlist top talent.
  5. Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure efficient processes and reporting.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, labor market insights, and new recruitment tools to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years in a recruitment role within a Manpower Agency, Consulting Solution, Outsourcing Services, or Employment Services.
  2. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  3. Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing requirements, and industry-specific regulations is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and candidates alike.
