Billing (Recruitment) Manager - Dubai, UAE

Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager looking for an opportunity to work for a Global Executive Search Agency? Then we could have the perfect opportunity for you!

CSG has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Billing Manager to join our team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to have a background in Medical Devices, FMCG, or Construction, but we are open to other sectors.

Our offices are based in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to the city's great amenities and transport links.

As a Billing Manager, you will have a clear understanding of the full life cycle of the recruitment process. You will be confident and passionate about building relationships with both clients and candidates, generating the best talent on the market, and spotting any new opportunities within your market.

You will also have experience managing a team of 360 consultants, maximising their potential and working towards career goals.

About you:

  1. Experience in managing and building teams of 360 consultants.
  2. Experience running a 360 desk of your own, preferably within Medical Devices, FMCG, or Construction.
