Job description

Our client is a leading construction group company seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize their talent acquisition strategy. This position requires work at both strategic and operational levels—able to build strategy, develop processes, manage multi-layered stakeholders, and find cost-efficient yet effective and innovative hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing business needs.
  • Work closely with the reporting manager to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning, retention strategies, and business objectives.
  • Build strategy, develop processes, manage multi-layered stakeholders, and find cost-efficient yet effective and innovative hiring solutions.
  • Provide weekly recruitment reports to the HR Manager, tracking hiring progress, challenges, and key market insights.
  • Assist in developing onboarding and retention strategies to ensure long-term employee success.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the internal recruitment team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Set KPIs and targets for the recruitment team, ensuring hiring goals are met.
  • Provide regular training and guidance to improve recruitment techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Partner with senior management, sales directors, and department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure hiring aligns with the company culture and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners, when necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks.
  • Implement creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and RERA regulations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview techniques, and onboarding strategies.
  • Maintain an accurate database of candidates and hiring records for reporting and compliance purposes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment preferably with a construction company.
  • Strong ability to actively source, headhunt, and attract top talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of construction / contracting industry.
  • Experience in managing a recruitment team while also actively sourcing candidates.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
