Recruitment Manager

Megapolis Real Estates is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to join our team in Dubai. This key role is responsible for leading and managing recruitment processes, focusing on attracting top talent in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the recruitment of experienced real estate professionals.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with department heads to meet hiring needs.
3. Identify and engage potential candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
4. Maintain strong communication with department contacts and recruitment agencies, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
5. Create screening criteria, assess candidate qualifications, negotiate offers, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in the real estate industry on both a local and global scale.
7. Use tracking systems to monitor recruitment trends and provide data-driven insights.
8. Keep a competitor analysis of compensation and benefits in relevant markets.
9. Manage candidate profiles through digital platforms, providing regular updates and reporting on hiring progress.
10. Lead recruitment efforts for experienced hires, enhance team performance, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
11. Represent Megapolis Real Estates at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the brokerage real estate sector.
2. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and related software.
3. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
