Reporting to - Managing Partner

Responsibilities :

• Monthly hiring target is 8 Agents + 1 operation position if needed.
• Taking care of company recruitment – In house
• Closely work with all departments and understand the requirements well.
• Posting the adds on social media and other job portals, website, community groups etc
• Sourcing the cvs & pre-screening
• Conducting the interviews (Telephone / Zoom / Face to face) or walk in
• Conduct job related skill tests (Personality / IQ / Communication / EQ) etc.
• Maintain company database and employee details

Skills Required

• Good communication skill in English
• University degree or diploma in HR / MBA
• Real estate experience for minimum of 3 years is a must

Salary : 8 – 10K AED. Visa, Medical insurance

Timings : Monday to Friday (9.00 am– 6.00 pm)
