Job Details:

1. 5+ years of UAE recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead role, preferably in the manpower outsourcing industry.
2. Should have exposure in Non IT, Bulk & Blue Collar hiring.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
