Recruitment Lead- Aviation

Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site Recruitment Lead- Aviation role located in Dubai. The Recruitment Lead- Aviation will be responsible for leading the aviation recruitment team, managing the recruitment process for various aviation positions like Cabin Crew, Flight Attendant, Pilots, building a pipeline of qualified candidates, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The Recruitment Lead- Aviation will also be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and conducting interviews with candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the aviation industry
• Experience in leading a recruitment team and managing the recruitment process for various aviation positions
• Excellent knowledge of relevant local and international aviation recruitment regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Recruitment Management Systems (RMS)
