Job Description

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking events, to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment progress and challenges to senior management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth integration of new hires and support their transition.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in the Facility Management and Construction industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
