Recruitment Executive (Freelance)

This is a Recruitment Executive (Freelance) located in Abu Dhabi. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for job description development, hiring, communication, interviewing, and recruiting on behalf of Alchemy Business Services Ltd.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop job descriptions
2. Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates
3. Recruit qualified candidates
4. Build and maintain strong networks and relationships

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Recruiting experience
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

This is a work from home recruitment job only on a commission basis.
