Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Executive, your role involves managing the entire recruitment process within an organization. Your primary responsibility is to attract, screen, and select qualified candidates to fill job vacancies. Here are key aspects of the role:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Define job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
  • Use various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
