As the Recruitment Coordinator- Experts for our Dubai office, you will proactively provide professional support to the recruitment team and enable sourcing and processing of the best candidates in the marketplace.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager - Experts in Dubai, you will be given the freedom to be yourself along with recognition for what you bring to the table, allowing you to make a real impact and be a true Kearney Original.
Key responsibilities
Expert Recruitment management
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process of all experts and service providers in Middle East.
- Work with the project team to develop detailed job descriptions before launching a new search.
- Manage the application process ensuring candidates are responded to professionally and promptly at relevant stages of selection.
- Maintain a database for all candidates/searches.
- Support in managing recruiting agency relationships.
- Source profiles and perform initial CV screening interview against key duties and responsibilities where appropriate.
- Organize candidate interviews within standard process, secure commitment of interviewers and interviewees, follow up on evaluation forms and ensure their quality and timing; provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage the recruitment tracking sheets.
- Manage the Taleo database and update status.
- Manage the timely and professional delivery of administration related to the offer process: production of offer letters, contracts of employment and reference requests.
- Ensure contracts are issued signed, filed, and maintain the contract database.
- Ensure that all new starters documentation is collated and processed, ensuring Kearney is legally compliant with legislative and administrative requirements (new starter forms, photograph, personnel file created).
- Alumni activities and job board support.
Other responsibilities:
- Track contract extensions for Experts and secure approvals.
- Manage the agency invoices and track days billed for each expert.
- Manage the exit process for experts: schedule exit interviews, keep track of their performance.
- Standardize the processes for all expert categories; HRIS entries, extensions, and terminations.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or finance is preferred.
- Have 3+ years experience in executive search. Agency recruiting experience dealing with a high demand of requests.
- Able to conduct extensive internet/LinkedIn searches.
- Have relevant experience in a professional, corporate, customer-focused driven business. Preferably an international firm.
- Can engage with senior level stakeholders and to operate in a high-pressure environment maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Have ability to plan and organize quickly and effectively, taking responsibility for own work.
- Are able to use own initiative using pragmatic and intuitive approaches.
- Possess a demonstrated collaborative team working style, reliable under pressure.
- Are flexible, adaptable to change and resilient with a commitment to make it happen attitude.
- Are customer focused and able to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
- Are a pro-active self-starter with a positive and confident style, able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Possess accuracy with attention to details with an approach to quality.
- Have proficiency in Windows and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter and other HR tools is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken), proficiency in additional language is an advantage.
