Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers in the F&B and Wellness sectors to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Manage the interview process including scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Facilitate the interview process ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and new recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, industry contacts, and professional groups.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on the Food & Beverage and Wellness sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a plus.
• Freelancer / father or husband sponsorship visa.
