Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle to meet the organization’s hiring needs efficiently. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The HR recruiter will also assist in building talent pipelines and promoting the employer brand. We are seeking to hire a Talented Arab or Indian Male with UAE Experience in Recruitment , Selection and Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

2. Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies.

3. Candidate Management

  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Perform pre-employment checks, including references and background verification.

4. Employer Branding

  • Assist in promoting the company’s brand through job postings, recruitment events, and social media.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.

5. Reporting and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other recruitment platforms.
  • Prepare reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
