The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have the following:
Recruitment Consulting experience with In-House Legal professionals or a Sales professional with working knowledge of the Legal profession and an interest in a career change to Recruitment.
Track record of building client partnership relationships and tailoring recruitment solutions to meet the needs of a varied client base.
Demonstrable loyalty and success.
Track record of building and managing relevant and successful, mutually beneficial relationships.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Collaborative approach with a passion for delivering top quality service.
