Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques within the aesthetic/healthcare space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit for roles in the aesthetic industry.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing platforms.
Proven ability to manage the recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
