Recruitment Consultant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a 360 Recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles and preferably some experience in blue-collar hiring, not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, client management, business development, and candidate placement across multiple industries. This role requires a dynamic recruiter who can manage both client and candidate relationships, ensuring seamless hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar professionals across multiple industries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Manage blue-collar recruitment when required, liaising with vendors and sub-contractors.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, job offers, and salary packages with both clients and candidates.
Business Development & Market Research:
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities in the recruitment space.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and salary benchmarks.
- Develop strategies to expand business in white-collar hiring.
Process Management & Compliance:
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and generate reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and visa processing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a 360 recruiter.
- Strong background in white-collar hiring, with blue-collar recruitment experience as a plus, not mandatory.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, and talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is an advantage.
