Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Target Achievement (40%)
Achieve individual revenue targets through effective recruitment and placement of candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
Identify high-potential roles to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
Client Management & Wallet Share Expansion (30%)
Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a key point of contact for client hiring needs.
Increase client wallet share by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct regular client reviews to gather feedback and address concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development Support (20%)
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with prospective clients.
Support lead generation and proposal development to acquire new accounts.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to create strategies that increase market penetration.
Market Intelligence & Process Improvement (10%)
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to guide clients and candidates.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill for critical roles.
