Recruitment Consultant

We are currently seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Dubai as part of our global expansion efforts. The role involves business development within the Maritime/Shipping sector, actively sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing client needs and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong market relationships and working to enhance recruitment efficiency.

To be considered for this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience as a 360 recruiter and possess a self-driven and motivated attitude. We offer an attractive compensation package with uncapped commissions up to 70%, 25 days of annual leave, and a 4.5-day work week, all within a supportive and flexible work environment.
