Recruitment Consultant

Candidates should work as a Recruitment Consultant for an Overseas Manpower Recruitment Company where they have to do cold calling to approach potential clients, understanding their manpower requirements, sourcing and screening the best fit for the requirement, documentation of suitable applicants, and coordinating with the clients.

Candidates should be available in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire blue-collar and white-collar categories from India & United Arab Emirates.
• Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to identify qualified candidates.
• Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain a strong network of recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional organizations to enhance the talent pool and streamline hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates should have 1 - 2 years of experience in Tele Marketing, Recruitment, or in any related field.
• Candidates should have communication skills in English and Hindi. Verbal skills in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Preferably ladies candidates.
• Preference for candidates on a Spouse Visa.
